Worth the money
The Macau experiences actually worth paying for.

Every price below was checked against the live booking listing on 12 October 2026, and every booking button goes to a listing we verified is bookable right now.

City of Dreams
House of Dancing Water
If you pay for one show in Macau, make it this one. The reimagined House of Dancing Water is the biggest stage production in the city: acrobats, divers and motorbikes on a stage that turns from dry floor to a 17-million-litre pool in seconds. It is the rare resort show that feels like it earned its ticket price.
It is listed at US$61.85 on Klook with instant confirmation, rated 4.8 out of 5 from more than 20,000 reviews, with over 500,000 bookings through the platform. Book the evening show and sit mid-tier: the cheap seats are far from the action and the front rows get wet. There is also a backstage tour if you want to see how the pool, the rigging and the divers' workflow actually operate.
Macau Tower
The bungy jump
233 metres off the side of the Macau Tower, run by AJ Hackett. It is the highest commercial bungy jump in the world, and it is the most expensive single item on this list at US$346.45 on Klook. The listing holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating from more than 900 reviews with 8,000-plus bookings, which tells you people keep doing it and keep rating it highly.
You complete a health declaration at the first-floor counter, ride to the 61st floor, and the crew fits and checks your gear before you go. Photo and video packages cost extra; the jump ticket listed here is the base price. Book ahead rather than walking up: weekend slots go first. If the full jump is too much, the Skywalk below gets you the same view with your feet on something solid.
Macau Tower
Skywalk X
Same tower, same 233-metre drop below you, no jumping required. Skywalk X is a 15 to 20 minute walk around the 1.8-metre-wide outer rim of the tower, clipped to an overhead rail, with no handrails. You can lean out over the edge while the crew takes photos that are included in the package, along with a certificate, a membership card and a walkers t-shirt.
It is listed at HK$629 on Klook, rated 4.8 from 1,400 reviews, and the package includes free admission to the tower itself, so this covers the observation deck as well. If you only want the view without the harness, the standalone observation deck ticket is listed from US$11.65 on Klook.
The Venetian Macao
The gondola ride
Yes, it is cheesy. Yes, it is still worth doing once. The canals run through the Grand Canal Shoppes under a painted sky, the gondolier sings in the stripy shirt and straw hat, and for about fifteen minutes you are not thinking about anything else. It is the Venetian's signature for a reason.
Listed from US$21.09 on Klook with instant confirmation, rated 4.5 from more than 7,000 reviews, with 200,000-plus bookings. If today is full, book for tomorrow: slots open up constantly. Go in the evening when the mall is quieter and the light on the canals is better.
The Venetian Macao
teamLab SuperNature Macao
The best paid family pick on this list. teamLab SuperNature is a 5,000-square-metre digital art museum inside the Venetian: rooms of floating flowers, a crystal universe of hanging lights, slides and light trampolines the kids can burn energy on. Adults get the photos, kids get the run-around, everybody wins.
We checked in October 2026 and it is still running, with published opening hours through May 2027. It opens 11am to 7pm and is closed on Wednesdays. The Klook listing is rated 4.7 from nearly 3,000 reviews with instant confirmation booking. Prices move with dates and promotions, so check the listing for the current price before you go.
Peninsula
Macao Grand Prix Museum
The cheapest thing on this list and one of the best. The museum sits on the actual Grand Prix circuit and covers the race since 1954: cars and bikes from across the decades, simulators you can drive, and a LEGO corner that keeps kids busy for a solid hour. It is a proper museum, not a gift shop with exhibits.
Listed from US$6.60 on Trip.com (discounted from US$9.91), rated 4.7 from around 850 reviews. Open 10am to 6pm, tickets sold until 5pm, last entry 5:30pm, closed on Tuesdays. If the race itself is on your mind, our Grand Prix tickets guide covers the November race weekend.
Getting there
TurboJET, booked ahead
The ferry is not an attraction, but how you book it decides how your trip starts. TurboJET runs Hong Kong to Macau in about an hour, and its Klook listing is one of the most booked products in Macau: more than a million bookings, 4.7 from 28,000 reviews, listed from US$17.69 one way.
You get a QR code for direct boarding and instant confirmation, which means you skip the ticket queues at Sheung Wan and the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. Buy at least one hour before departure to guarantee your seat, and be at the gate 30 minutes early for document checks. Full schedules and terminal details are in our ferry guide.
Cheap add-on
Golden Reel at Studio City
One for the while-we-are-on-Cotai list. The Golden Reel is the figure-8 ferris wheel threaded through Studio City, and at US$7.29 on Klook it is the cheapest ride with a view in Macau. Rated 4.4 from 6,000 reviews with 100,000-plus bookings, instant confirmation, bookable for tomorrow. No booking button here: this one is not wired into our booking links yet, so search "Golden Reel Ferris Wheel in Studio City Macau" on Klook.
Put it together
Two ways to spend the money
The show night: Grand Prix Museum in the morning, the Venetian in the afternoon for teamLab and the gondola, House of Dancing Water in the evening. The tower day: Skywalk X in the morning when the air is clearest, the bungy after lunch once you have talked yourself into it, then dinner with a view.
For everything worth seeing that costs nothing, our free things guide has you covered, and the attractions hub covers the rest. Practical covers transport and money, and getting there covers the ferries and buses in.
Questions
Frequently asked
Are Klook e-tickets for Macau attractions legitimate?
Yes. You get a voucher with a QR code right after booking, and you show it at the attraction's ticket counter or scan it at the gate. Every listing in this article shows instant confirmation, which means the booking is confirmed within minutes. Screenshot the voucher in case the terminal Wi-Fi is slow.
Do I need to book House of Dancing Water in advance?
For weekend shows, yes. Weekday performances sometimes have same-day availability, but the good seats go first and popular dates sell out. With more than 500,000 bookings on the Klook listing alone, this is not a show you can count on walking into.
Is the Macau Tower bungy jump safe?
It is run by AJ Hackett, the company that commercialised bungy jumping, and the Macau jump holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating from more than 900 Klook reviews. You fill in a health declaration before jumping and the crew fits and checks your gear. There are age, weight and health requirements, so check the listing details if you have a medical condition.
What is the cheapest paid experience on this list?
The Macao Grand Prix Museum, listed from US$6.60 on Trip.com. The Golden Reel ferris wheel at Studio City, listed at US$7.29 on Klook, is the next cheapest.
Is teamLab SuperNature still open?
Yes. We verified in October 2026 that it is still running, with published opening hours through May 2027. It opens 11am to 7pm and is closed on Wednesdays.
Can I book the TurboJET ferry on the day of travel?
Yes. The Klook listing offers instant confirmation with book-now-for-today availability, but buy at least one hour before departure to guarantee your seat, and arrive 30 minutes early for document checks. See our ferry guide for terminals and schedules.
